A legal disclaimer

All services provided by Nowak Precision Auto Repair & Detailing™ are performed with care, professionalism, and to the best of our ability. By booking or receiving service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Mechanical Repairs

While we strive to accurately diagnose and repair all issues, vehicles may have underlying or pre-existing conditions that are not immediately visible. We are not responsible for unrelated failures or additional issues that arise after service has been completed.

Diagnostics

Diagnostic services are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Additional issues may be discovered during or after repairs. We do not guarantee that a single diagnostic will identify all problems.

Detailing Services

Detailing services improve the appearance of the vehicle but do not guarantee permanent results. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, stains, wear, or imperfections that cannot be corrected through standard detailing methods.

Vehicle Condition

Customers acknowledge that their vehicle may have existing wear, damage, or mechanical issues prior to service. We are not liable for any pre-existing conditions.

Liability Limitation

Nowak Precision Auto Repair & Detailing™ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services performed. Our liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle.

Service Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, inappropriate, or beyond the scope of what can be reasonably completed on-site.

Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below. All services are performed to the best of our ability with care, professionalism, and honesty.

2. Payments
  • A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Diagnostic services must be paid in full prior to service.

  • Remaining balances are due upon completion.

  • We accept cash and digital payments (Venmo, Apple Pay, etc.).

3. Pricing & Estimates
  • All quotes are based on initial inspection and may change depending on the condition of the vehicle.

  • Any additional work or cost will always be communicated and approved before proceeding.

  • We do not perform unauthorized work.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows
  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

  • Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future service.

5. Mobile Service Conditions
  • Customers must provide a safe and accessible location for service.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

  • Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

6. Repairs Disclaimer
  • While we aim to diagnose and repair issues accurately, some problems may require further inspection or additional repairs.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or unrelated mechanical failures that occur after service.

7. Detailing Disclaimer
  • Detailing restores your vehicle at the time of service.

  • Results may vary based on vehicle condition.

  • We are not responsible for wear, stains, or damage that cannot be fully corrected.

  • Environmental factors and regular use will affect how long results last.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee
  • If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

9. Liability
  • We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.

  • Customers are responsible for removing valuables prior to service.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, or unreasonable expectations.

Additional Terms

12. Delays & Scheduling

We strive to arrive on time and complete services as scheduled. However, we are not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, parts availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. If delays occur, we will communicate and reschedule as needed.

13. Parts Responsibility

We are not responsible for defects, failures, or issues related to customer-supplied parts. We recommend using quality parts to ensure proper performance and reliability.

14. Photo & Marketing Consent

We may take before-and-after photos of your vehicle for business and marketing purposes. No personal information will be shared. If you prefer your vehicle not be photographed, please let us know prior to service.

15. Service Area & Travel Fees

We proudly serve Parma and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area and will be communicated prior to booking.

16. Agreement to Terms

By booking a service with Nowak Precision Auto Repair & Detailing™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
